This is not just a “talk” experience. You will have an interactive group coaching experience, complete with assignments, expectations, and personal responsibilities. I will be available to assist you with your journey by phone and email. It isn’t easy but it is worth it!

• You complete the reading assignment prior to each class.
• Each week you will be given pre and post assignments to complement the instruction.
• You phone in at the designated time and enter into a bridgeline which connects you to our small and focused group of like-minded classmates who share a single purpose—to deal with judgment.
• I begin the class by briefly going over the day’s topic of the class (15-30 minutes).
• Then the remaining time is used to answer your questions, clarify points, and address concerns and challenges. The content is tailored to your needs.
• Enjoy a small interactive nonjudgmental class where you will feel comfortable opening up in a safe interactive environment. It will feel like you are talking to a group of friends.
• You will have lots of opportunities to ask your questions in a supportive nonjudgmental group.
